Umm was this weekend even real?!

After the craziness of the POPFLEX pop-up, Sam and I checked into The White Lotus – no, LITERALLY. We became the actual hotel guests of a world that only ever existed on on our screens every Sunday night. Guys, when I tell you the marketing MARKETING’D and the budget does not exist.

The moment we pulled up to the hotel and saw The White Lotus Hotel sign and then Gaitok LITERAL ACTUAL GAITOK (aka Tayme) casually walk by as I grabbed a fresh coconut complete with an orchid – I was floating in a dream.

Getting to watch the season finale live with other fans of the show, the team at HBO, and the actual cast heightened my emotions so much that I was laughing, screaming, and crying – EMPHASIS ON CRYING 😭 – all night long. I’m still processing what just happened.

Oh, and guys. I specifically dressed Sam in a Saxon outfit complete with 90s inspired sunglasses and sunglass chums (did you know that neck thing is called a chum??) because why not do a subtle cosplay for funzies? East coast finance bro douchery was the vibe and I was digging it TBH.

AND THEN GUESS WHAT. Saxon himself (aka Patrick Schwarzenegger) noticed Sam’s outfit and wanted to take a pic with him!?!?!? I about died. My proudest work by far.

Thank you Gold House and Max for letting us play White Lotus for the weekend. This was truly THE event of all events. I can’t wait for season 4.

What an incredible experience this must have been! The White Lotus has been such a cultural phenomenon, and getting to watch the finale surrounded by fellow fans sounds absolutely electric. I love how you created a full event around it – the themed decor and group reactions must have amplified all the drama and dark comedy we’ve come to expect from the series.

That finale had so many jaw-dropping moments to unpack (no spoilers here!). It’s the kind of show that stays with you for days as you analyze every layered detail. Your screening party looks like it captured that perfect mix of fun and “wait, what just happened?!” energy that makes White Lotus so addictive.

Would you consider doing more TV event screenings like this in the future? Maybe for The White Lotus Season 3 (fingers crossed it happens!) or other buzzworthy series? It seems like such a great way to build community while celebrating pop culture moments.

Thanks for sharing this – now I’m inspired to organize my own watch party for the next must-see finale!
